Humane Society of Clark County - Saving Lives One at a Time
About Us

The Humane Society of Clark County (HSCC) was founded November 28, 1989 by Dee Ross. We are a "no-kill” shelter located at 627 Walnut Street in Arkadelphia, AR. Since we are a no-kill shelter, our expenses are more than a shelter than euthanizes animals. The HSCC is recognized by the IRS as a non-profit organization, which means your donations are tax deductible.

Each year an estimated 25.5 million puppies and kittens are born (70,000 a day). Of these, six to ten million end up being euthanized. Please neuter / spay your pets.
